I designed this fresh new look and feel for the 'Join the Movement' campaign for the wonderful people at Susan G. Komen NW Ohio - Race for the Cure 2017. It’s been an honor to work for such a good cause creating bright, new, celebratory creative that translates across all media and is used in all local Susan G. Komen NW Ohio events. Some of the creative I created includes: 'Join the Movement' logo, social media and website banners, print ads, flyers, posters, outdoor boards, postcards, race day brochures and signs, maps of the race and race day events. This list goes on and on as ongoing creative is needed to promote and support the race.
For me being a graphic designer means being able to create something that tells a story. Storytelling is what I love most about design and what drives me to create. In todays world we are constantly surrounded by images so when a company or product is able to tell their message and stand out as different purely through good branding, something beautiful is made, their brand story.
Identity is more then just logo design it is about showing a message through custom designs that are reinforced by colors, style, and uniformity. Designing a brand identity is a very rewarding process, it takes consistency to be able to design an identity that conveys what a company is trying to communicate to their customer base and show what brand business values are.
